Preschool Fire Day

On Wed., Oct. 22 Jarem's preschool had a Fire Day! The Weber County Fire Department came to his preschool to teach the kids about fire safety and to show them that they don't need to be scared of firefighters. Jarem wants to be a firefighter when he grows up (at least that's what he's been saying for about a year now!), so he was really excited about this experience!

Colin and Jimmy were the firemen that came.
Colin dressed up in all of his gear while he talked to the kids.

Lexi wasn't afraid at all!

Colin dressed in all of his gear. The kids got to touch it when he was finished, and Jarem was the first one up there!

Jarem got to try on the helmet and gloves. He was so excited!

My 2 very excited children "posing" for a picture!

Can you see the excitement on his face?

This is Amy, Jarem's preschool teacher and her daughter, Chloe. We love them!

Great Job! I know that was a great day for Jarem. I'm glad that Lexi enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing all the pictures.

Oh, how cute! I loved all the pictures. It's fun for kids to meet their heros, because it reinforces what they want to be when they grow up.
